Today was the beginning of my challenge and I'm taking it slowly! I won't be able to go to the gym until the semester is over but I feel like I'm on the right path. I'm:- Drinking only water and a lot of it!
- Eating in moderation
- Taking longer strides when I walk
It's a known fact, in my case, that whenever I feel like I need to eat, I just go the hell to sleep! LOL Then I wake up feeling okay. So instead of putting those unnecessary morsels in my mouth, I just shut off my craving by going to sleep. Try it and see how you like this method.
